Our conference center offers 80 hotel-style private bedrooms, each equipped with a private bathroom, an ironing board and iron, a dresser, a hair dryer, and a mini refrigerator.
All bedrooms feature full-size beds, with options for single or double occupancy.
A limited number of ADA-accessible bedrooms are available. If you require an accessible room, please let us know when making your reservation. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.
Bed linens and towels are provided. Guests are asked to bring their own toiletries.
The Bird Houses
The Bird Houses offer cozy, tiny-house-style accommodations just a short walk from the conference center. Each Bird House features a studio-style bathroom, a queen-size bed, a mini refrigerator, and a coffee maker.
Additional amenities include closet space, an iron and ironing board, and a hair dryer.
Bedding and towels are provided. Guests are asked to bring their own personal toiletries.
Four Bird Houses are currently available and may be requested when making your reservation, subject to availability.

- Ice: Available in the back lobby on the second floor.
- Coffee: Complimentary coffee is available on the first floor, across from the dining room.
- Coffee Shop: Open Monday through Saturday, 9:30 a.m.–3:30 p.m. Closed on Sundays.
- Microwave: Available on the first floor near the coffee station.
- Wi-Fi: Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the conference center. No password is required; simply connect to the Caraway Network.
