Meeting Spaces

Our meeting spaces are thoughtfully designed to foster an atmosphere of collaboration, inspiration, and productivity. Our staff will set up your space in advance with comfortable chairs and tables to suit your event’s unique needs. With flexible seating arrangements, our camp meeting spaces accommodate various meeting styles, fostering engagement and interaction within your group members.

Centennial Hall – 230

Centennial Hall is Mundo Vista’s largest meeting area, accommodating up to 230 guests! A lobby, and restrooms are also housed here. There is also a stage and sound system available.

Hobbs Hall – 50

Hobbs Hall is adjacent to hotel style lodging rooms. This space provides the perfect intimate atmosphere for smaller groups and is comfortable year round with a cozy fire or air conditioning!

Jackson Lodge – 50

Located in Unit 3, the Jackson Building is most comfortable for medium size groups. This space includes ample meeting space and restrooms. The Jackson Building has central heating and air and a fireplace.

Parker Wyrick Lodge – 50

Located in Unit 4, Parker-Wyrick offers guests a pleasant meeting space with ample room for medium sized groups. The space also includes restrooms, a fireplace, and air conditioning.

Food Service & Nutrition

We enjoy serving delicious meals and accommodating dietary and special menu requests. A full salad bar is available at each lunch and dinner as well! Some of our meeting spaces include small kitchenettes for snacks or coffee, and meals are included in the overnight lodging package.

Here at Mundo Vista we take food allergies very seriously. Our chef and kitchen staff accommodate and provide alternative meal options as much as possible. We can typically work around most allergies including gluten, dairy, soy, nuts, egg, and corn. It is important to note that our facility is NOT a nut free, dairy free, soy-free, egg-free environment. Although our staff prepares our special diet meals on a separate counter and appliances in the kitchen, we do not have a dedicated kitchen for these meals.

If you have any questions or concerns on whether or not we can accommodate your dietary needs, please call our office during office hours from 9am – 5pm or by email to our Director of Food Service at [email protected]. Please make sure to communicate all allergies during your registration process. If we cannot provide your full dietary needs, we invite all of our guests to bring their own supply of snacks and personal meal supplements and offer a small amount of space to store refrigerated items in the Dining Hall area.
